We had a great romantic escape, the views from the room were breathtaking and the staff was really friendly and welcoming. The room was equipped with all necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a kettle to make tea at any time of the day. The hotel was also conveniently located near a beautiful waterfall and tea plantations, great for exploring the natural beauty of the area.
We also found the curfew at 10 pm to be inconvenient, as we were unable to go out for dinner after that time.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking, with a stunning sunrise visible right from my bed. The hotel's location on the hill provided a picturesque setting for my stay in this city. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was excellent, and all the necessary comforts and facilities were provided. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel's restaurant was both tasty and nutritious, and I enjoyed the stunning views from the windows while dining.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Great view and comfortable room. the tourist attractions were close by, and it was easy to get a ride from the reception. Breakfast was satisfying with a good view from the dining area.
The staff at the reception was unhelpful and occasionally downright rude. We also found some of our towels were not completely dry and there were very few amenities in the room.
